• Solid skills in OOP and patterns (e.g. MVC)
• Solid skills in database design (e.g. foreign keys, indexes)
• Excellent knowledge of PHP 5.3 programming language
• Knows how to interpret ERD and Class Diagrams
• Practical knowledge in any of the following is a plus:
  • TYPO3 Content Management System
  • FLOW3 or Zend PHP Framework
  • Unit Testing
  • Test Driven Design
  • Active contributor to an Open Source Project
• Bachelor in Computer Science or adequate

• At least 2 years professional experience in a development team
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn new technologies, especially TYPO3
• Team player
• Reliable and consistent
• Commitment to Web Essentials values and mission
