Executive Director

As Executive Director, my job is to prepare everything so that the company can function and the employees can work. I like the diversity of my role and that I am at a position where I can observe how all the contributions of every single person come together to form solutions for our clients and satisfaction for our staff. I also like that I can influence the business with good values and solid ethics for a good and healthy business environment.

I particularly like to make things happen and programming is like discovering and preparing the way for new things. It is an inspiring, often complex and demanding job in your brain which keeps you busy until you have worked it all out in front of your inner eyes. I like this type of problem solving which needs a balance between own skills and research/communication with client and fellow developers.

Web Essentials consists of an excellent team of individuals which all contribute with an outstanding motivation to deliver quality services to our clients. I like this culture of "serving, training and working alongside each other". We have come up with a high number of valuable solutions which match high international quality standards.

My dream is that the Web Essentials' spirit is continuing for many years and that many of the current and future staff will step in to take on responsibility and ownership for the company. I would like to see that some people overtake me in my abilities and come up with solutions and social ideas I would not even have dreamed of. I wish that Web Essentials is going to be a major player in its field in Cambodia, to enable people to communicate, to share and to encourage each other.
