What Rebecca says about her job: "My main responsibility is to coordinate the HR/Admin team which provides a smooth working environment that is hassle free and well organized. At the same time we make sure there are enough and qualified employees to carry out the various projects. Our employees are our biggest asset, therefore each staff has a personal development plan and his/her performance is monitored in order to see all of them grow and take on more and more responsibilities. This is a rewarding job."

Rebecca has been living in Cambodia for nearly 3 years and has founded the company together with her husband. She thinks it is a privilege to run a business in Cambodia and work alongside young motivated Cambodians. She hopes the business will continue to grow and attract more and more local as well as foreign clients.
