Violeng says about his work: "In my position as project manager, I'm the person who communicates with the client, is responsible for the project, planing the work and distribute the work to the team."

"I like writing code to make a new, special thing happen, creating new software, small games. Especially I like thinking a lot to solve something."

Violeng likes his work. It helped him improve the way to communicate with people, not only with clients but also among the team. He has learned how to plan, to coordinate the project and also the team to work on the project to make it run successfully.
