Visay says about his work: "As a project manager, I work on both project estimation and implementation, managing and estimating the projects, understanding all the requirements and get them done with developers."

Visay likes being a programmer. He finds it a great job because he can sit at the computer most of the time and keep himself up to date with the new technologies. At the same time he has the chance to work closely with the clients and learn about their needs in order to fulfill them.

Some things he likes about the company: "Web Essentials is the place that can best fulfill my dream as a programmer with the aim to improve myself as individual and also help my country. It is also one of the best places in Phnom Penh with standard working environment and not only for business."
