Production Manager

Sothy says about her work: “As the production manager, I like to make the projects' plans, manage the projects to run smoothly, and make customers happy and satisfied with our work and make sure they get what they have expected. Moreover, I want to see the developers being happy to do their work and follow the plans”.

Sothy is planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process for all the coming and running projects. Her work is to ensure that all projects meet the company's quality, clients' expectations, due dates, and contract requirements. She also runs the project coordinator meeting, identifies the training needs, and organizes the resource planning.

Some things she likes about Web Essentials: “I like the organization's structure and the development process. We have a plan for things we have done and things we are going to do, what the problem is and how we solve it. Moreover, the director is reasonable and helpful, and we can always come to him anytime we have problems or need help from him”.
